New Ohio Theatre is committed to creating a space where we work together to ensure each others’ safety as an artistic community. We have laid out the following set of rules by which everyone entering our building must abide to ensure the health and safety of all. These rules have been created in accordance with NYC’s safety mandates.

These rules constitute our general Covid policy. Individual shows may have additional protocols, but not fewer. Protocols posted at the ticket point-of-purchase are the governing rules FOR THAT SHOW.

Thank you for working with us and following these rules. Failure to follow these rules will result in you being asked to leave the building.

These protocols may change at any time based on changes in legal requirements, changes in guidance from the CDC, city or state mandates, changes in the severity of the pandemic in our area, or other factors. We will try to give as much notice as possible about these changes, but please understand that these changes may not be entirely under our control and are subject to city, state, and federal regulations.

Masks are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED for your and everyone’s protection, but not required.

Refund Policy
Any patrons who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or tests positive for COVID-19 can and will receive a full refund. Patrons can request a refund up until the event’s start time but not after the event has occurred. If any event is canceled due to shifting COVID-19 guidelines, all ticket holders will be refunded in full and given notice before the event’s start date.
